Daai Business Suite has two distinct settings surfaces — the in-app Settings menu (used by admins/HR/finance for day-to-day configuration) and the separate Daai Admin Panel (used by the account owner for billing & subscription).
1. In-app Settings (Sidebar > Settings)
Open the application, click Settings in the sidebar. The following sub-pages are available:

| Config Wizard | Re-open the first-time setup wizard at any time to revisit guided steps. |
| Primary Settings | Company profile — logo, GSTIN, PAN, registered address, financial year start, default currency. |
| Leaves | Leave types, accrual rules, sandwich rule, carry-forward, encashment, probation/notice-period leave policy. |
| Salary | Salary calculation type (Month Days vs Working Days), weekend pattern (e.g., 2nd/4th Saturday off). |
| Attendance | Biometric / manual / geo-based attendance modes, late-mark and half-day rules, salary-cycle linkage. |
| Currency | Base currency + allowed foreign currencies, default currency, “Receive Foreign Currency” toggle. |
| Dropdown Settings | Master list of dropdown values used across the suite — Departments, Designations, Statuses, Lead/Client Source, Expense Type, Payment Mode, Catalog Categories, etc. |
| Holiday | Public and company-specific holidays for the financial year. Used by leave and salary calculations. |
📌 Note: Catalog Categories are now managed inside Dropdown Settings rather than as a separate page.
2. Daai Admin Panel (Separate URL)
The Daai Admin Panel is a separate portal opened from the URL provided in your Welcome Email. It manages:
- Billing — invoice history, payment methods.
- Subscription — plan, renewal, upgrades.
- Company Profile (for billing) — billing address & tax info on Daai’s invoices to you.
- Users — admin-panel logins (separate from app users).
This is not reachable from the in-app sidebar.
