How can I track and manage reimbursements for employees in the Reimbursement Module of DAAI Business Suite?

In the Reimbursement Module of DAAI Business Suite, reimbursements are tracked and managed by creating a record when the Reimbursement checkbox is marked as true in the expense form. Once this is enabled, a new field appears in the form where you can select the employee for whom the reimbursement is being processed. This creates a link between the expense and the employee, allowing you to track the reimbursement status, manage approval workflows, and ensure that employees are reimbursed for eligible expenses.
