Reproting Overview

The Reporting Module in DAAI Business Suite helps you understand, manage, and optimize your company’s financial and marketing performance. It’s divided into two main areas:

1. Statements

This section focuses on your financial records and compliance-related reporting. Use these tools for tax preparation, payment tracking, and internal audits.

Subfunctions:

  • TDS Expenses
    Track all transactions with Tax Deducted at Source applied. Helps with TDS return filing and vendor compliance.

  • Invoice and Payments
    Get a complete view of invoices issued and the payments received or pending. Filter by customer, due date, or amount.

  • All Expense By Accrual
    View expenses based on accrual accounting — recorded when incurred, not when paid. Great for matching costs to revenue.

  • GST Expenses
    Shows a breakdown of all GST-related expenses. Includes CGST, SGST, and IGST for easier tax filing and credit claiming.

  • All Expense By Cash
    Displays only cash-based expense transactions — essential for cash flow analysis and petty cash audits.

  • PnL By Range
    Generate a Profit & Loss statement for any time period. Helps in reviewing business performance, profitability, and trends.


2. Reports

This section gives you a strategic view of your business with comparisons, analytics, and performance tracking.

Available Reports:

  • Profit & Loss Report
    Analyze income vs. expenses side by side. Get a visual breakdown to assess your company’s financial health over any date range.

  • Revenue Report
    Drill down into income sources and spending habits. Useful for identifying high-performing revenue streams and cost centers.

  • Marketing Report
    Track lead performance and sales funnel health. Compare lead statuses across stages, campaigns, or time frames to optimize marketing efforts.
