Reports & Statement

The Reporting group in DaaI Business Suite is the single launch-pad for every financial, compliance, and analytical view of your company. It is split into three top-level pages, each tuned to a different audience and use-case.

📑 1. Statements (/daai/statements)

Compliance-flavored ledgers and transaction lists — the day-to-day workspace for accountants, auditors, and tax preparers.

  • TDS Expenses — every expense with Tax Deducted at Source applied; for return filing and vendor compliance.
  • GST Expenses — CGST / SGST / IGST breakdown across all GST-bearing expenses for input-credit claims.
  • Invoices & Payments — issued invoices vs payments received or pending; filter by client, due date, or amount.
  • Expenses by Invoice (accrual basis) — expenses recorded when incurred. Great for matching costs to revenue.
  • Expenses by Payment (cash basis) — only cash-based expense transactions; ideal for cash-flow analysis and petty-cash audits.
  • Ledger Report — chronological double-entry ledger view for internal audits and reconciliation.

📊 2. Reports (/daai/reports)

Strategic, dashboarded views for managers, founders, and leadership — designed for decision-making, not filings.

  • PnL by Range — Income / Expenses / Net Profit for any custom date range.
  • PnL Yearly — year-over-year Profit & Loss summary.
  • PnL Comparison — side-by-side PnL between two periods (e.g., “this quarter vs last quarter”).
  • Sales Revenue Report — revenue trend, top clients, top projects, and high-performing revenue streams.
  • Marketing Report — leads → prospects → opportunities funnel + source mix.

📦 3. Stock On Hand (/daai/stock-on-hand)

Live snapshot of every Catalog item with its current on-hand quantity. Only items configured with Has Quantity Limit = On are tracked here.

📌 Tip: Use Stock On Hand before raising large quotes for catalog items so you don’t over-promise inventory you don’t have.
