Dashboard

🌐 The Daai Admin Panel Dashboard provides a quick snapshot of your subscription health and account details. After you log in, the Dashboard is the first screen you see — use it to verify your plan, see how much storage/quota you’ve consumed, jump into the Daai Business Suite, and find support resources.

Sections on the Dashboard

  1. Announcements / Notifications
    • Displayed at the top if there are any important updates, announcements, or system-related alerts.
    • If there are none → this section will not appear.
  2. Customer Details (entered / modified by customer)
    • Tenant ID — alphanumeric ID used for all support tickets and to access your Daai Suite. Consider it your customer ID. Cannot be modified.
    • Company Name
    • Contact Person
    • Address
    • Phone
    • GST No
    • Email
  3. Subscription Details
    • Subscription Plan — e.g., Astroid_Monthly
    • User Quota — e.g., 1 of 3
    • Next Billing Date — e.g., Sep 23, 2025
    • Status — Active / Expired / Suspended / Exceeded
    • Storage Quota — e.g., 2.11 MB of 1 GB
    • Database Quota — e.g., 1.90 MB of 10 MB
  4. Access Your Suite
    • A direct Open link/button to launch your Daai Business Suite application in a new tab. Any of your employees / users can sign in there to use the system.
  5. Help & Support Links
    • Knowledge Base → Button
    • Support Ticket Portal → Button
    • Contact Details — Support Phone & Support Email

📌 Tip: Quote your Tenant ID on every support ticket — it lets the support team find your account instantly.
