The Subscription section in the Daai Admin Panel gives you full visibility of your active plan, usage, storage, and billing details. You can also upgrade, manage, or cancel your subscription here.
📌 Key Sections in Subscription
- 👥 Total Employees
- Shows how many employees are currently added vs. your allowed quota.
- Example:
1 / 3→ You have added 1 employee out of 3 available slots.
- 🧑💼 HRM Only Users
- Displays usage for employees who only have HRM access (without full application access).
- 🔑 Full Access
- Shows how many users have full access to the system vs. allowed quota.
- 💾 File Storage
- Indicates the amount of storage space used vs. total available (e.g.,
0.00 GB of 1 GB).
- Indicates the amount of storage space used vs. total available (e.g.,
- 🗄️ Database Size
- Displays current database usage vs. allowed quota (e.g.,
1.90 MB of 10 MB).

- 📊 Plan Details
- Subscription Plan → Current active plan (e.g., Astroid_Monthly).
- Start Date → When your subscription began.
- Next Billing Date → Upcoming renewal date.
- Billing Cycle → Monthly / Yearly.
- Amount → Price of your plan.
⚡ Available Actions
At the bottom of the Subscription Page, you’ll find action buttons:
- 🟡 Daai Suite → Direct login access to the Daai Business Suite application.
- 🟢 Upgrade → Choose a higher plan with more users, storage, or features.
- 🔴 Cancel Subscription → Cancel your active subscription (system access will stop after your current billing cycle ends).

- Regularly check Employee, Storage, and Database usage to avoid reaching limits.
- Upgrade your plan before hitting quotas to ensure uninterrupted usage.
- Keep track of your Next Billing Date to avoid service disruption.
