Users

👥 The Users Management section allows you to manage all users created in the Daai Business Suite. Here, you can control login access, reset passwords, and verify whether the user is an internal employee or not.

📌 The list mirrors users from the main App. New users are added inside the Daai Business Suite application (Users module), not here. The Admin Panel just lets you toggle login access, reset passwords, and review the roster.

📌 Key Columns

  1. User ID: System-generated unique ID for each user.
  2. Name: Full name of the user (synced from Daai Business Suite).
  3. User Role: Assigned role (e.g., Admin, Manager, Employee) which controls permissions.
  4. Login Access: Toggle option to allow or restrict login to the Daai Business Suite application.
    • If activated, the user can log in.
    • If disabled, login is blocked.
  5. Is Employee?: Shows whether the user is marked as an internal employee. This depends on how the user was created in the Daai Business Suite application.
  6. Password Reset: Clicking Reset opens a popup to reset the user’s password.
    • New Password
    • Confirm New Password
    • If both match → password updated successfully and the user can immediately sign in to the Application with the new password.

🔍 Features

  • Global Search → Quickly search users by ID, Name, or Role.
  • Filters → Filter user list by Role, Access, or Employee status.

✅ Best Practices

  • Keep Login Access enabled only for active users; disable it for resigned employees. (When a Resignation Date is set in the App, this toggle is auto-flipped.)
  • Always confirm employee status correctly for compliance.
  • Use Password Reset only when requested by the user or for security reasons.
