Financial Amounts (Current Year)

This section provides an overview of the financial performance for the current Financial Year. It includes key financial metrics related to expenses, invoicing, payments, and outstanding amounts.

  • Total Expense: Displays the total expenses incurred during the year. This value helps track the organization’s spending and budget adherence.

  • Total Invoiced: Shows the total amount invoiced to clients. This includes all the invoices generated for services or products provided.

  • Total Paid: Represents the total payments received from clients, reflecting how much has been paid against the total invoiced amount.

  • Total Unpaid: Displays the total outstanding payments that clients have yet to settle. This helps in tracking overdue payments and outstanding debts.
