The Financials card on the Dashboard is the headline business KPI summary for the selected date range. It includes key financial metrics related to expenses, invoicing, payments, and outstanding amounts.
What it shows
| Tile | Color | What it represents |

| Total Expense | Yellow | Total expenses incurred in the selected range. Helps track the organization’s spending and budget adherence. |
| Total Invoiced | Blue | Total amount invoiced to clients in the range. Includes all the invoices generated for services or products provided. |
| Total Paid | Green | Total payments received from clients, reflecting how much has been paid against the total invoiced amount. |
| Total Unpaid | Red | Outstanding payments that clients have yet to settle. Helps in tracking overdue payments and outstanding debts. |
All values are displayed in your tenant’s default currency (e.g., ₹ INR).
Choosing the date range
The dropdown in the card header offers Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Quarter, This Year, Last Year, and Custom. The selected range applies only to this card — other dashboard cards retain their own range.
Drill-down
The Dashboard provides a quick overview only. For per-invoice / per-expense detail, open Reporting → Reports or Reporting → Statements.
Responsive layout
On desktop the four tiles sit side-by-side. On screens smaller than ~992px the tiles stack vertically for easier reading.
