This section helps you stay on top of client follow-up activities — a quick view of every follow-up due in the selected window.
- When you click on a follow-up entry, it will take you to the full details of that lead (either as a Prospect or Opportunity).
- After visiting the detailed page, if you want to return to the dashboard, you have to click the Dashboard option yourself.
- The card has its own date range selector in the header (Today, This Week, This Month, etc.).
Follow-ups will only show if:
- Prospect:
- Follow-up status is not marked “Not Interested”, “Client Not a Fit”, or “No Budget”.
- Prospect is not marked as “Cold” or “DND”.
- Opportunity:
- Follow-up status is not marked “Not Interested”, “Client Not a Fit”, or “No Budget”.
- Opportunity is not marked as “Closed Lost”, “Abandoned”, or “Won”.
Table format
- User: Name of the employee handling the lead.
- Country: (If available on the parent record).
- Status: Shows if the lead is Warm or Hot.
- Next Follow-Up: Shows the date and time when the next follow-up should happen.
Permissions
The card is visible only if your role has Read Own or Read All permission on Prospect or Opportunity. Without either, the entire card is hidden.
