This section gives you useful charts to understand where leads are coming from and how your sales pipeline is moving forward. Both charts have independent date-range selectors and export menus in their card headers.
1. Leads by Source
- This is a pie / donut chart that shows where your leads are coming from — like Website, Social Media, Referrals, Ads, etc.
- Slices come from the Lead Source values configured in Settings → Dropdown Settings.
- The chart shows the percentage of each source.
- When you move your mouse over a slice, it also shows the total number of leads from that source.
- You can download the chart in JPG, PNG, SVG, or CSV format from the export menu (top-right of the chart).
2. Sales Funnel Chart
- This is a funnel-shaped chart that shows how your leads are moving through the sales process.
- Sales stages included (by default — they mirror the editable Opportunity Stage dropdown):
- Prospect
- Requirement Gathering
- Preparing Quote
- Quote Submitted
- Negotiation
- Won
- For each stage, it shows:
- How many leads are there.
- How much revenue is expected from them.
- You can also download this chart in JPG, PNG, SVG, or CSV format.
- Editing the Opportunity Stage dropdown in Settings → Dropdown Settings reorders / renames the funnel automatically.
Permissions
Both charts hide entirely if the user lacks the relevant Read permission on Lead / Prospect / Opportunity.
