Leads by Source & Sales Funnel

This section gives you useful charts to understand where leads are coming from and how your sales pipeline is moving forward. Both charts have independent date-range selectors and export menus in their card headers.

1. Leads by Source

  • This is a pie / donut chart that shows where your leads are coming from — like Website, Social Media, Referrals, Ads, etc.
  • Slices come from the Lead Source values configured in Settings → Dropdown Settings.
  • The chart shows the percentage of each source.
  • When you move your mouse over a slice, it also shows the total number of leads from that source.
  • You can download the chart in JPG, PNG, SVG, or CSV format from the export menu (top-right of the chart).

2. Sales Funnel Chart

  • This is a funnel-shaped chart that shows how your leads are moving through the sales process.
  • Sales stages included (by default — they mirror the editable Opportunity Stage dropdown):
    • Prospect
    • Requirement Gathering
    • Preparing Quote
    • Quote Submitted
    • Negotiation
    • Won
  • For each stage, it shows:
    • How many leads are there.
    • How much revenue is expected from them.
  • You can also download this chart in JPG, PNG, SVG, or CSV format.
  • Editing the Opportunity Stage dropdown in Settings → Dropdown Settings reorders / renames the funnel automatically.

Permissions

Both charts hide entirely if the user lacks the relevant Read permission on Lead / Prospect / Opportunity.
