The Change Log Tab ensures accountability and transparency for every record in the system. It is a read-only audit trail of every modification.
🔍 Where to Find It?
- Open any Detail View of a record.
- If your role has the View Change Log permission, you will see a Change Log Tab alongside Details & Media.
📑 What It Shows?
Every entry in the change log records:
- Field Name → Which field was modified.
- Old Value → What was there before.
- New Value → What it was changed to.
- Modified By → Who made the change.
- Timestamp → Exact date & time of the change, in
dd-MMM-yyyy HH:mmformat (e.g.,29-Apr-2026 14:32).
