Reset Password – DaaI Business Suite

After subscribing to Daai Business Suite and completing your payment, you will receive a Welcome Email containing your login credentials for the Main Application. This is where you and your employees manage all company records.

📌 Important:

The email ID you used during subscription is automatically added as a user with Admin Role/Permission.

Both the Application and Admin Panel have their own separate login credentials. We recommend resetting both passwords immediately after your first login.

🔐 Method 1: Change Password (When You Remember Current Password)

  1. Login to Daai Business Suite using your credentials from the Welcome Email.
  2. On successful login, you will land on the Dashboard with the left-hand menu.
  3. At the bottom of the sidebar (just above the logout button), click your Profile Name / Role.
  4. This opens the User Profile page directly.
  5. On the User Profile page, locate the Password card (next to your profile details).
  6. Enter:
    • Current Password
    • New Password
    • Confirm New Password
  7. Use the 👁 eye icon beside any field to toggle visibility and verify what you typed.
  8. Click Change Password.
    • ✅ If details are correct, your password will update successfully.
    • ❌ If current password is wrong, the system shows an error.
    • The Change Password button stays disabled until all three fields are valid and the new password matches Confirm.

⚠️ Note: Always choose a strong password (mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).

🔒 The Password card only appears if your role has the Change Password permission. If you don’t see it, ask your admin to grant the permission via User Management → Roles.

🔐 Method 2: Forgot Password (Reset by Administrator)

The main application does not have a self-serve “Forgot Password” link. If you forgot your password, only the Administrator can reset it for you via the Admin Panel.

👨‍💼 Administrator Steps:

  1. Login to the Customer Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Users → User List.
  3. Find the respective user.
  4. Click Reset Password.
  5. A popup appears:
    1. New Password
    2. Retype New Password
  6. Enter and confirm the new password → Click Submit.

The user can now login with the new credentials.

⚠️ Important: Only users with Admin Panel credentials can reset other users’ passwords.

  • Username = the email you registered with during subscription.
  • Password = sent in your Welcome Email (unless you changed it).

Summary

  • Login using credentials from the Welcome Email.
  • Use User Profile → Password to change your password anytime.
  • If you forget your password, request an Admin to reset via the Admin Panel.
  • Always reset your password immediately after your first login.
