The Customer Admin Panel is used for managing billing, subscriptions, invoices, and tenant details. After completing subscription, you will receive a Welcome Email with login credentials for the Admin Panel.
📌 Credentials Provided:
- Username → Email you used at the time of subscription.
- Password → Shared in Welcome Email (unless you changed it).
⚠️ Important: Both the Main App and the Admin Panel are separate logins. Reset both passwords after your first login.
🔐 Method 1: Change Password (When You Remember Current Password)
- Go to the Admin Panel URL shared in your Welcome Email.
- Login with your email and password.
- Navigate Main Menu → Profile Icon at the bottom → Click on it.
- Locate the Change Password option.
- Enter:
- Current Password
- New Password
- Confirm New Password
- Save changes → Logout → Login again with the new password.
🔄 Method 2: Forgot Password (Self Reset via OTP)
If you forgot your Admin Panel password, use the Reset Password option:
- On the Login Page, click Reset Password.
- Enter your Registered Email Address → Click Submit.
- Check your email → You will receive an OTP.
- Enter the OTP on the reset screen.
- ✅ If correct → Redirected to Enter New Password screen.
- ❌ If incorrect → Error message will display.
- Enter New Password and Re-type Password.
- Click Submit.
- ✅ If both match → Password reset successful.
- ❌ If mismatch → Error message until corrected.
⚠️ Notes & Best Practices
- Only Admin Panel users with correct credentials can reset passwords for other users.
- Admin Panel login = email used during subscription + Welcome Email password.
- Always reset your password immediately after first login.
- Use a strong password (min. 8 characters, mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).
