User Login

🔑 Access to Daai Business Suite begins with a secure login process. This ensures that only authorized users can enter the system and access company data.

1️⃣ Login Page

  • Open the Daai Business Suite application link provided in your Welcome Email.
  • The login page will ask for:
    • Username / Email → Usually the email used during registration.
    • Password → Initially shared in the welcome email (you should change it after first login).

2️⃣ Authentication

  • Once you enter your credentials, the system verifies them with its database.
  • If the credentials are correct → You’re redirected to your Dashboard, with the sidebar loaded based on your role-based permissions (modules you don’t have permission to view do not appear at all).
  • If incorrect → An error message appears (“Invalid username or password”).

3️⃣ Password Management

  • Forgot Password → Available only on the Admin Panel login screen, via OTP self-reset. The main Daai Business Suite Application does not have a self-serve “Forgot Password” link — if an employee forgets the password, they must contact the administrator to have it reset. Once logged in, the employee can change the password from inside Daai Business Suite.
  • Change Password After Login → Strongly recommended as your first action for security.

4️⃣ Security Rules

  • Idle sessions may be auto-logged out to protect company data.
  • Multiple failed attempts may lead to temporary account lock for security.

5️⃣ Best Practices

  • Always change your default password after first login.
  • Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, mix of upper/lowercase, numbers, and symbols).
  • Never share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Sign out before leaving a shared computer.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • 🔑 Same Login Process: The login process is identical for all users (Admin, HR, Finance, CRM, Employees) across every module. Role-based permissions are applied automatically after login.
  • Forgot Password Limitation:
    • The “Forgot Password” option on the login screen works only for the Administrator (Admin Panel).
    • Other users / employees must contact the Administrator if they need a password reset.
  • 🔄 Change Password Anytime:
    • Both in the Admin Panel and the Daai Business Suite, users can change their password after logging in.
    • Simply click the profile picture at the bottom of the sidebar, then locate the Change Password card on your User Profile page.
