How to Use Grid View for Follow-Up

Grid View shows all follow-ups in a table format. It is ideal for users who prefer a structured, data-focused layout.

Follow these steps to add a new follow-up entry for any Prospect or Opportunity:

  1. Open the Lead
    1. Click on any lead listed in the Grid View.
    2. This will open the detailed view of the selected lead.
  2. Open Follow-Up History
    1. Click on the Follow-Up History tab.
    2. This tab displays the full Follow-Up Form.
  3. Fill the Follow-Up Form Enter the following details (if applicable):
    1. Follow-Up Status
    2. Prospect Status (Prospect only)
    3. Next Follow-Up Date
    4. Qualify Lead Options (Prospect only):
