⚠️ Warning: Deleted opportunities cannot be recovered. If the opportunity has already reached Won and created a Client record, deletion is generally blocked — work with the Client record first.

🎯 Opportunity Source Name Dropdown

  • The Opportunity Source Name dropdown captures how the opportunity was generated (e.g., Client Referral, Lead Conversion, Inbound Inquiry).
  • You can add, edit, or delete Opportunity Source values from Settings > Dropdown Settings (pick the Opportunity category and edit its Opportunity Source Name options).
  • For detailed steps, refer to: 🔗 How to add/edit/delete dropdown values?

ℹ️ Note: You cannot delete a value if it’s already in use. Editing the value updates it across all linked records system-wide.
