The Follow-Up Module in DaaI Business Suite is a central place where sales teams can view and manage all due follow-upsβ€”whether they come from Prospects or Opportunities. It helps teams stay organised, avoid missed follow-ups, and move deals smoothly through the sales pipeline.

πŸ‘οΈ Views in Follow-Up Module

1️⃣ List/Grid View.(Simple tabel view like spreadsheet where you can sort, filter, search any lead followup)

2️⃣ Kanban View (A graphical dashbaord with drag-and-drop ability to change lead status).

How to Switch Between Kanban View and Table/Grid View

You can easily switch the Follow-Up module between Grid View and Kanban View using the toggle buttons at the top-right corner of the screen.

  1. Go to CRM β†’ Followups.
  2. On the top-right (just below the Timesheet button), you will see two icons:
    1. Grid/Table View Icon – shows follow-ups in table format
    2. Kanban View Icon – shows follow-ups as drag-and-drop cards
  3. To enable Kanban View
    1. Click the Kanban View icon (the icon with 3 vertical columns).
    2. If you are currently in Grid View, the screen will switch to Kanban View instantly.
  4. To switch back to Grid View
    1. Click the Grid/Table View icon (the square grid icon).
    2. The view will change back to the table format.

🧠 When any Lead/Prospect/Opportunity displayed in followup list?

Prospects/Opportunities are removed from Follow-Up Module when: This ensures only active & relevant follow-ups are shown.

  • Follow-Up Status:
    • Client Not a Fit
    • No Budget
    • Not Interested
  • Prospect Status:
    • Cold
    • DND

πŸ” Conversion of Prospect β†’ Opportunity

  1. If you open any Followup (Which must be Prospect . only if all 3 qualification checkboxes are ticked:
    1. Client Needs Our Service / Product
    2. We Can Serve the Client
    3. Client Has the Budget
  2. When these conditions are met and user clicks Save, a popup appears with following fields :
    1. Estimated Cost: Enter estimated propject cost
    2. Project Description: Enter Project Name or Short Description about project
  3. After Confirmation
    1. βœ” Prospect is converted
    2. βœ” Moved automatically to Opportunity Module
    3. βœ” Removed from Prospect list

  • Always update Follow-Up Status after every interaction
  • Add full notes for accurate history
  • Set Next Follow-Up Date properly
  • Prospects convert automatically only when fully qualified
