How to use Timesheet Software?

Purpose: Track work hours directly from your computer without opening the web portal.
Available For: Windows & Mac OS

πŸ›  Installation & Login

  1. Download & Install the Timesheet software.
  2. Open the App β†’ Enter your email and password (same as DaaI Business Suite).
  3. Click Login β†’ The Timesheet Dashboard appears.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Even if you close the app, it runs in the background and keeps tracking your time.

πŸ“Š Dashboard Overview

  • Current Status β†’ Shows whether you’re on a task, on break, or clocked out.
  • Timer β†’ Starts from 0 when you begin a task.
  • User Name β†’ Displays logged-in employee’s name.

πŸ“ Adding a Task via Buttons

  1. Click the task button (e.g., Project Task, Meeting).
  2. A pop-up appears β†’ Enter Task Title & Description.
  3. Click Submit β†’ Timer starts automatically.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Your current task type is always shown on the dashboard in the same color as the button you clicked.

βš™ Additional Buttons

  • Manual Entry β†’ Add missed work hours (See: How Manual Entry Works?)
  • Logout β†’ End your session in the software.

⚠ Warnings

  • Forgetting to Clock Out will keep your timer running.
  • Use Break for short pauses; use Clock Out when done for the day.
